4. Exchange Policy
NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY.
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unworn and in original packaging

Exchanges are accepted for size or product issues only (subject to availability).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Welcome to the Big Stepper Kicks Affiliate Program (“Program”).
These Terms govern your participation in the Program. By joining, you confirm legal eligibility and agree to follow these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To join, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid bank account or payment method
Promote Big Stepper Kicks in an honest and ethical manner
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Big Stepper Kicks Affiliate, you agree to:
Promote products through approved channels (social media, websites, etc.)
Avoid making false or misleading claims
Avoid spam or fraudulent behaviour
Represent the brand professionally at all times
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link.
Commission rates are communicated via your affiliate dashboard or official communication.
Commissions apply to final sale amounts excluding discounts, taxes, shipping, cancelled orders, or refunded sales.
5. Payouts
Minimum payout threshold: R300
Only orders older than 5 days and with no returns/cancellations qualify.
Payments are made via EFT to the banking details provided.
Payouts are processed weekly within 5–7 business days.
Balances below R300 roll over to the next cycle.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring accurate banking details; Big Stepper Kicks is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
If an order linked to your affiliate account is refunded or charged back, the commission will be deducted from current or future earnings.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account without notice if:
Fraudulent or unethical behaviour is detected
Program Terms are violated
Your actions harm the reputation of Big Stepper Kicks
Unpaid commissions below R300 may be forfeited upon termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Big Stepper Kicks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued participation after such updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Heat Sneakerz — Affiliate Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Heat Sneakerz Affiliate Program (“Program”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By joining, you agree to comply with these Terms and confirm that you are legally eligible to do so.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid bank account or payment method to receive commissions.
Promote Heat Sneakerz products in a genuine, ethical, and transparent manner.
Heat Sneakerz reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Heat Sneakerz Affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Heat Sneakerz products through appropriate and approved channels such as social media, websites, or other agreed methods.
Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products.
Not engage in spam, fraudulent activity, or any deceptive marketing practices.
Represent the Heat Sneakerz brand professionally and positively at all times.
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn a commission for each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link.
The commission rate and structure will be communicated through your affiliate dashboard or official communication from Heat Sneakerz.
Commissions are calculated on the final sale amount excluding discounts, shipping costs, taxes, and refunded or cancelled orders.
5. Payouts
Affiliates may request a payout once their commission balance reaches a minimum of R300 (Three Hundred Rand).
Payouts can only be requested for orders that are at least 5 days old and have no returns, cancellations, or refund requests.
Payments are made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the account details provided by the Affiliate.
Payouts are processed weekly, typically within 5–7 business days of the request.
If your balance is below R300, it will roll over to the next week until the minimum threshold is reached.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate. Heat Sneakerz will not be liable for payments sent to incorrect or invalid accounts.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a sale linked to your affiliate account is refunded, cancelled, or results in a chargeback, the related commission will be deducted from your current or future earnings.
7. Termination
Heat Sneakerz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice if:
Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behaviour is detected;
These Terms are violated; or
The Affiliate’s actions negatively affect the reputation or integrity of Heat Sneakerz.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions below R300 may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Heat Sneakerz will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.
9. Modifications
Heat Sneakerz may modify or update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or through their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
